The Ultraformer MPT uses micro and macro focused ultrasound (MMFU) technology to deliver energy at precise depths within the skin. This non-invasive approach targets multiple layers beneath the skin’s surface without disrupting the outer layer.

Risks and Considerations

As with all aesthetic treatments, there are potential risks and side effects, which may include temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, tingling, altered sensation, mild bruising, and treatment discomfort that varies between individuals.

Skin Preparation

Your practitioner will provide personalised instructions during consultation. General advice may include arriving with clean skin, staying well hydrated, avoiding anti-inflammatory medications unless advised, and disclosing your full medical history.

Post-Treatment Care

Aftercare may include cleansing, use of a non-irritating moisturiser, daily SPF50+ sunscreen, and avoiding heat (e.g. saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise) for 24–48 hours as advised.
