Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
- Validity Period:
- The gift voucher is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
- Redemption:
- The gift voucher can only be redeemed for products and treatments provided by Lisa Rush Skin Clinic's nurses, Lisa and Olivia.
- The voucher cannot be used for any other services, products, or treatments not explicitly mentioned.
- Advanced medical treatments with Dr. Herbert Hooi must be booked and purchased separately, and gift vouchers are not redeemable for such services.
- Non-Transferable:
- The gift voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named on the voucher.
- Refund and Cancellation:
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- Lisa Rush Skin Clinic reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if it believes it has been obtained fraudulently.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
- Lisa Rush Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to keep the voucher secure.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- To redeem the gift voucher, the recipient must schedule an appointment in advance by contacting Lisa Rush Skin Clinic's reception.
- The voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment.
- Extension of Expiry Date:
- The expiry date of the gift voucher may be extended under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Lisa Rush Skin Clinic. Requests for extensions must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
- Modification of Terms:
- Lisa Rush Skin Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Lisa Rush Skin Clinic's website.
